I am writing this note to you because I believe I have been wrongfully banned and mistreated my emotions and mental health in Vulengate for something that is not written in the rules. I’ve tried to reason and submit an appeal, but despite admitting that it was indeed an honest mistake that anyone else could have also done, the moderator have perma ban me.
I seek your assistance in this matter as I feel like I was not given due process nor warning nor any chance to explain myself. I am mentally sensitive individual who is working remotely in the bounds of my room and only has vulengate friends to talk to and keep me sane. I log in every single day before and after my shift, even during day offs, because vulengate has become my sanctuary. Losing it has broken my heart, my soul and wrecked my mental health. I have been crying my eyes out since but it looks like the moderator does not even care and questioned my reactive state.
I have expressed my sincerest apology for the mistake I did not even know what a mistake. I have said that it will not happen again yet my ban has not been lifted. There wasn’t any warning or chance to explain given prior, I was just banned for no reason.
Please I sincerely ask for your help. I hope you would hear my side and not only the version of the story he would tell you.
