Minecraft Preview 26.60.30: Realms Uploads, Achievements, and Touch Fixes

Bedrock Beta and Preview 26.60.30 focuses on three fixes. Here is what Mojang reports and how this testing build differs from a stable Minecraft release.

Mojang’s Minecraft Beta and Preview 26.60.30 notes, posted on 6 October 2026, report three focused fixes: Realms world uploads, achievement eligibility in narrowly affected add-on worlds, and visual stuttering with touch controls.

This is a Bedrock testing build, not a stable Minecraft release or a Java Edition update. The changes below are Mojang’s reported fixes. We did not reproduce them on a device or Realm.

Realms world uploads

Mojang says the build improves the speed and reliability of uploading worlds to Realms. The note does not provide a measured improvement or promise identical results on every platform, connection or world.

For testers who were already affected by upload trouble, this is the relevant change to watch. It is not a reason for ordinary stable players to move an important world into a testing build.

Achievement recovery for affected add-on worlds

The update addresses MCPE-242586. Mojang says worlds in which achievements were incorrectly disabled because of add-ons will have achievements re-enabled the first time they are played in this build.

That is a narrow recovery fix. It does not mean every modified world becomes eligible for achievements, and the note does not say that missed achievements will be awarded retroactively.

Touch-control stuttering

The notes also list a fix for visual stuttering when using touch controls, tracked as MCPE-243048. This matters to players using an applicable touch environment, but it is not a general frame-rate or performance claim.

Preview and stable releases are separate

Mojang warns that Beta and Preview builds are works in progress and can be unstable. The official note lists Preview availability for Xbox, PlayStation, Windows and iOS, while Android uses the Google Play beta. That list describes Mojang’s platform scope, not a test of individual enrolment, entitlement or store rollout.

The official stable release index keeps stable Bedrock and Java releases separate from Beta and Preview notes. A stable multiplayer player should use the edition and release supported by the server host instead of switching builds only to pursue these fixes.

The Beta and Preview index is the best place to check whether Mojang has posted a newer testing build.

One comment

  1. This update brings useful fixes for Minecraft Bedrock players, especially those experiencing Realms upload issues, achievement problems in certain add-on worlds, and touch-control stuttering. It is also helpful that the post clearly explains the difference between Preview builds and stable releases, allowing players to make informed decisions before updating.
