I don't see this happening at all. As I understand it, you'd need an admin to go and create these signs for everyone's base for this idea to work. If the stargates (water portals) are down we might put up '/warp warps' again until we get the plugin fixed (or find a replacement). That being said, there probably aren't going to be a whole lot of player warps there right away. Although a few players will have the ability to set up a warp right a way, they will still have to get the claim blocks, build the attractions, etc.
